Scheduling Policy
Patient, Updated scheduling policies for the new year are as follows:
- All clients are required to file a card before future appointments in the new year in lieu of prepaid deposits.
- Cancelled Appointments with less than 48 business hour notice will be charged a flat fee of $65.00 to their card on file.
- Same day cancellations, reschedules & NO-shows will be charged a flat fee of $65.00 to their card on file.
- When services have been prepaid in full you will be required to pay this fee just as any other client prior to rebooking. If you refuse, we will deduct one full treatment from your prepaidpackage even if the cost of the service is more.
- Clients later than 15 minutes to their appointment will be charged a flat fee of $65.00 to their card on file and rescheduled. This constitutes a missed appointment.
- Clients without cards on file are unable to schedule future appointments even if you are an existing patient.
- If your card declines and you do not pay an invoice sent to you within 48 hours you will be required to pay the cost of your services that day, the outstanding $65.00 balance you owe (one time only) plus a $65.00 deposit every single appointment moving forward during checkout, or you may not be welcomed back.
- If you allow us to perform a service on you and then during checkout inform us you are not able to pay, we will not invoice you and allow you to pay at your leisure-days, weeks or even months later. You were aware of all charges prior to the treatment being started. If payment is not rendered in full during checkout Bossier City Police will be called for theft of services and charges will be pressed against you.
